1/2 C butter or margarine
1 C brown sugar (packed)
1 1/2 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 C rolled oats
1 tsp lemon juice
2/3 C raspberry jam

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
In small bowl mix together flour, salt and soda. Stir into creamed mixture. Add oats and 1/4 C water. Mix until crumbly. Firmly pat half the mixture into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 in pan.
Stir lemon juice into jam, spread over base.
Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
