2 lb. round or sirloin steak
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. boiling water
3 tblsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 (14 oz.) can mushrooms
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sour cream
Cooked noodles or rice

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water. Set aside. Combine flour and seasonings. Toss meat with flour. Brown meat in oil. Add onion and bouillon to meat. Stir thoroughly. Cook on low, covered, for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Add mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce. Fold in sour cream. Heat thoroughly, but do not boil. Serve hot over buttered noodles or rice.
