2 lb. lean hamburger
4 medium-size potatoes
1 lg. diced onion
2 T. Old Bay seasoning
1 or 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion.
Add hamburger.
While cooking meat, cut up potatoes and boil until tender.
Season meat with Old Bay and poultry seasoning. Remove from heat and drain fat.
Mash the potatoes and add to the meat.
Stuff turkey.
Mix together.

This is a French-Canadian turkey stuffing passed down through the generations of the Charron family. Stuff your turkey with this delicious dressing, or bake it on the side.
