2 tbsp butter
250 grams cream cheese
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
6 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
8 ounces grated monteray jack cheese (mozzarella is also ok)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cream cheese. Add beaten eggs and seasonings. Squeeze as much liquid as you can from thawed spinach and add to mix. Blend in grated cheese. Pour into greased 10-inch pie plate. Bake 350º F for 45 minutes. (Check 10 minutes earlier).
