1 1/2 lbs sausage, browned & drained
4 cups frozen tater tots
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 T minced green onion
1/8 tsp pepper
Dash of garlic powder
2 tomatoes, sliced, quartered.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown & drain sausage. Spread in 13x9 pan and top with tater tots and sprinkle with cheese. Mix all other ingredients except tomatoes, pour over cheese. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover & bake 20-25 minutes more. Top with tomatoes when done.
