1 can Red Salmon
4 Tbs. Butter
3 Tbs. Flour
1/8 Tsp. Paprika
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Milk
Lemon
Tartar Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine drained salmon, 4 Tbs., Melted Butter and 3 Tbs. flour and shape into 3: patties. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Then whisk eggs with milk, dip salmon patties once in milk and then in cracker crumbs and repeat. Then fry patties in fry pan until browned on both sides. Serve with lemon and tartar sauce.
