2 lbs. steak (round or flank, 3/4 inch thick)
2 T. seasoned flour
2 T. shortening
1/3 c. minced onion
1/3 c. minced celery
1/2 clove minced garlic
1 can tomato soup
2 T. brown sugar
2 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T. lemon juice
2 tsp. mustard
Dash tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Pour flour into steak. Brown in shortening in a heavy saucepan or skillet along with onion, celery, and garlic. Add remaining ingredients, stir well and cover. Cook on top of range on simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
