2 cup herb croutons
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp dry mustard
1lb sausage,cooked, drained
6 oz grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Line a large casserole with croutons; cover with cooked sausage. Combine other ingredients in a large bowl. Pour over sausage. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered in 325 oven for 1 hour & 15 minutes. Casserole should be firm in center and nicely brown on top. To serve, cut into squares. This makes a 13x9 casserole
