3 beaten Eggs
1 1/2 c. Milk
1 T. Salad Oil
1 1/2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Salt (optional)
Oil to fry

Directions:
Directions:
Beat Milk, Oil into Eggs, add Flour and Salt, beat with rotary beater or blender until smooth. Pour into pitcher. Heat fry pan or crepe maker hot. Put 1 T. of Oil in fry pan. Pour batter onto oil. Swirl Oil and Batter so it runs together in the fry pan. Cook both sides until golden brown. Layer with butter, brown sugar, roll with fork and top with Maple Syrup. Makes 6 Crepes. 5 minutes Prep. time.
