1 C all purpose flour
2 T sugar
2 T baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 C milk
2 T vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, combine milk, oil and vanilla and add to dry ingredients, stirring just enough to moisten.

Preheat a lightly greased griddle or skillet. Pour batter by 1/2 cupfuls onto griddle. Cook until light brown & bubbles begin to form. Turn and cook other side. Serve immediately with syrup or other topping of your choice.
