Ingredients:  
1 lb powdered sugar
1/2 cup Hershey's powdered cocoa
1 stick (soft) butter
1/4 cup milk
1 T vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a microwave bowl/dish. Do not stir. put in microwave for 2 minutes on high. Spray plate with Pam. Take fudge out of microwave and stir. Add nuts if desired. Pour onto plate and chill.
