1 1/2 lb. Hamburger
1 Egg
1/4 c. minced Onion
3/4 c. Oatmeal
3/4 c. or more crushed Ritzę Crackers
1/4 c. Milk
8 oz. Tomato Sauce
2 or 3 slices Bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven at 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients except Tomato Sauce and Bacon. Top with Tomato Sauce and Bacon. Press into loaf pan.
Bake 1 1/2 hours or until knife blade inserted near center comes out clear.
Yield: 6 - 8 servings.
