1 c. butter 4 tbsp. powdered sugar 2 c. finely chopped nuts 2 c. flour 1 tbsp. cold water 2 tbsp. vanilla
Cream butter and sugar; add remaining ingredients. Roll into small balls (about the size of walnuts). Place on ungreased cookie sheet in 250º oven for 60 minutes. Do not let brown. Remove and roll in confectioners sugar.
