1 pint Persimmons
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c sugar
2 1/2 c self rising flour
1 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9x13-inch baking dish. Mix together persimmons, milk, eggs, vanilla, sugar and flour. Add the melted butter. Pour into baking dish. Bake 1 hour @ 350º.
