1/2 lb. butter
2/3 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. almond extract.
2 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg youks and extract. Gradually add flour. Put through cookie press. Bake 10-12 minutes. (watch they brown quickly)
