1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. liquid
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg. Fold in flour, baking powder, liquid and salt.
If making clam cakes the liquid would be the chopped quahogs. If making other types of fritters use milk, beer or water.
