2 cups flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place flour and salt in large bowl and make a well in the center. Add eggs and roll between your fingers and hands to form small lumps. remove excess flour and add to boiling broth (beef or chicken) or into potato soup. Bring to boil and simmer a few minutes until rivvels are cooked through.
