cup S.R. Flour
Ham or bacon (chopped)
Lge. Onion (chopped)
Salt & pepper
1 lge. Cup grated cheese
Capsicum, Peas, carrots or whatever you like

Directions:

Beat eggs, mix in flour, add other ingredients, pour into greased dish and add cheese to top. Bake in moderate oven for around 45mins.
