1 Family pack chicken thighs
1 Medium onion
1 c Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce
1/2 c Mustard
1/4 to 1/2 c Chicken Broth
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pack Hoagie Rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Remove skin and fat from chicken and place in crockpot with sliced onion. Add BBQ sauce, mustard, chicken broth and salt and pepper. Mix until chicken is covered. Place crockpot on high 1 hour, turn down to low for 4-5 additional hours. When chick in done, remove from crockpot, remove bones, shred. Place on hoagie rolls including onions too, top with additional Sweet Baby Rays, enjoy.
