8 or 10 corn tortillas
1 lb ground beef
salt, pepper & chili powder to taste
1 to 1 1/2 cups grated Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 cup milk
1 onion, chopped
1 can chopped green chilis

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees

Brown ground beef and onions seasoning with salt, pepper and chili pepper as desired. Mix milk, celery soup and green chilis, mix with whisk. Tear tortillas in 4 to 6 pieces each and layer in small casserole dish. Layer tortillas, soup mixture, meat and cheese, ending with cheese on top. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly.
