12 eggs 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 quart whipping cream 1 pint bourbon 1/2 pint dark Jamaican Rum
Beat eggs until very light. While beating eggs, slowly add sugar, bourbon and rum. Whip the cream. Fold the eggs into the whipped cream. It is best to make this a day ahead and keep cool. when ready to serve, gently mix or fold the entire mixture and serve
