2 - 10 oz. packages of chopped broccoli
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 medium onion, chopped
2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. pecans, chopped (or sunflower seeds)
1 c. buttered bread crumbs or croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and drain. Add soup, mayonnaise and pecans. Mix well and add eggs and onions. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 - 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with half the cheese then top with bread crumbs or croutons, and then the other half of the cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
