400g. Lasagne
1/2 onion
1 celery
1 carrot
50g.ham
50 g. butter
400 g. mashed tomatoes
250 g. ground beef
nutmeg
bechamel sauce
80 g. parmesan cheese
1 glass red wine
salt and black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the onion with carrot, celery, ham and allow to lightly golden, add the meat and the wine, put together the mashed tomatoes some salt and cook for 20 min. in medium heat After having prepared the bechamel and cooked the "pasta" in boiling water, dispose several layers of pasta alternating with meat sauce, bechamel and parmesan in buttered saucepan and cook in the oven (250) for 20 min, serve hot and Good Appetite!
