1 - 16 oz bag frozen broccoli
1 stick of butter
1 can cream soup (any kind)
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1 C. uncooked Minute Rice
1 can of Durkee Fried Onions or Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan sautee broccoli in the stick of butter. Combine the rice, soup, and cheez whiz in a crock pot. Add the vegetable mixture and mix together. Heat in crock pot on low for 3-4 hours stirring occassionally. Before serving top with Durkee Fried Onions or crushed Ritz crackers.

I always make a double batch because it goes quickly and makes great leftovers. You can also use a broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot mix - that is my favorite!
