1/4 LB BUTTER
1/4 CUP RICOTTA
1 TSP VANILLA
1 CUP SUGAR
1 EGG
2 CUPS SIFTED FLOUR
1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
1/2 TSP SALT

Directions:
Directions:
BLEND THE BUTTER AND RICOTTA UNTIL CREAMY. ADD THE VANILLA AND MIX. ADD THE SUGAR AND BEAT WELL. MIX IN EGG.

MIX FLOUR, SALT AND BAKING SODA A LITTLE BIT AT A TIME. DO NOT OVER MIX.

DROP ROUNDED TSP. ON UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET. BAKE 10 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES. MAKES ABOUT 30 COOKIES.

REALLY GOOD COOKIE. YOU CAN ADD SOME WALNUTS IF YOU WANT A LITTLE CRUNCH.
