2 T. margarine
1/2 c. shredded cheese
2 TB. flour
1/2 tsp. oil
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 med. head cauliflower
dash of salt & pepper
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cauliflower over med. heat for 8-10 min. Drain and place in greased casserole dish. Melt marg. over med. heat, add flour, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Cook and stir 1 minute. Add milk and cook, stirring continually for 3 min. or til thick. Add cheese and stir to melt. Pour cheese on cauliflower and sprinkle crumbs and parmesan. Bake 10-15 min.

This is good for company since you can prepare it ahead so your not making the cheese sauce at the last minute when everything else has to be done. If casserloe is chilled you will need to cook longer.
