1 can of whole tomatoes
2 Tbsp drippings from fried pork chops
Water
2 heaping tbsp all purpose flour
1 tsp sugar
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Drain can of tomatoes and chop tomatoes placing in a bowl. After frying pork chops save about 2 Tbsp of drippings. Add flour and tomatoes, constantly stirring, cooking over medium heat for about 1 minute. Add water to desired consistency (about 2 cups). Add sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer for another minute. Serve over rice. My girls' favorite!
