HAM LOAF
2 lbs ground ham
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 tsp dried mustard
1/4 to 1/2 cup bread crumbs
dash of pepper
parsley for color

HAM LOAF GLAZE
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together hamloaf ingredients. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Mix and heat glaze ingredients in saucepan. Add to hamloaf last 15 minutes of baking. Add more, as you wish.
