2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
2 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 stick of butter, cut into pieces
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dried mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a 13x9 baking dish with vegetable oil cooking spray. Boil macaroni in plenty of water for about 7 minutes. Drain. Return the drained macaroni to the saucepan and add 2 cups of the cheese. Stir until melted while macaroni is still hot. Add butter and soup until melted. Add eggs, sour cream, salt, milk, mustard, and pepper. Stir well. Pour into dish and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake for 40 minutes, until brown and bubbly.
