6 to 8 squash
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash, onion, salt and pepper in butter. Add bouillon cubes. Make sure to cook as much liquid out of squash as possible. Mix in sour cream and egg and bread crumbs. Add some additional bread crumbs and cheese on top. Bake in greased casserole dish for 30 minutes on 350º.
