20 chicken wings, cut in half 1 c. water 1 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. ground ginger 1/4 c. pineapple or orange juice 1/4 c. corn oil
Mix all ingredients. Pour over chicken wings in a large cake pan. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Place chicken wings on a baking sheet. Pour small amount of soy sauce marinade over them. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 45 minutes.
