4 medium potatoes
2 eggs, hard boiled & chopped
1 stalk of celery, chopped
1/3 medium onion, chopped
1/4 of an apple, chopped
1/2 cup pickle relish
1 tbsp. sugar
salt & pepper to taste
paprika
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup mustard

Directions:

Chop raw potatoes into bite size chunks and boil until tender, drain and cool. Mix remainder of ingredients in a bowl and mix into cooled potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika.
