2 c. crushed pretzels
1/2 c. melted butter
3 tbls. sugar
Filling:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 sm. boxes peach flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
4 c. fresh or frozen peaches

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400º.
Mix together pretzels, butter, and sugar; spread evenly into a 9x13 baking dish. Bake 8 minutes and then cool completely.
Beat together cream cheese and sugar. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled pretzel crust. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Once dissolved, add the cold water. Add frozen peaches. If using fresh peaches, let gelatin cool to room temperature before adding. Pour gelatin and peaches over cream cheese mixture. Chill until firm.
