3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. water
1 T. red wine vinegar
dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt & pepper; dredge the chicken in flour mixture. In large skillet, brown chicken in melted margarine. Remove chicken & set aside. In same skillet, combine cranberries, water, brown sugar, vinegar & nutmeg; cover & simmer 5 min. Place chicken on top; cover & simmer 30 min. To serve, spoon cranberry mixture over chicken.
