1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, well-drained,
divided
2 slices cinnamon raisin bread, toasted & cubed
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
4 large skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 T. oil
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 c. orange juice
3 T. orange marmalade
1/8 tsp. ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
For stuffing, combine 1/2 c. pineapple, toast & walnuts. Flatten chicken breasts to uniform thickness. Place about 1/3 c. stuffing across center of each breast; roll & secure with toothpick. In skillet, brown chicken in oil on all sides. Combine ketchup with reserved pineapple & remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Simmer, uncovered, 30 min. or until chicken is done, turning and basting frequently.
