4-5 yellow squash - cut into bite sized pieces
1 c frozen corn
1 can chopped green chilies
1/2 c chopped onion
1 Tbsp butter
1/4 c water
1/2 lb Velveeta© cheese, cubed
Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan with a lid, combine squash, water, onion, green chilies, and butter. Cover, and cook over medium heat until tender and water is gone.
Stir, add corn and cheese; cover, and continue cooking until melted. Serve warm
