1 C sifted all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C milk
2 T salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder & salt together into mixing bowl. In a small bowl, combine milk & salad oil and add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.

Drop by tablespoons full on top bubbling stew. Cover tightly and let mixture return to boiling. Reduce heat, but don't lift the cover. Simmer for 12-15 minites.
