2-3 Potatoes per person Salt and Pepper to taste Butter Parmesan Cheese Milk
Peel Potatoes. Cook potatoes in salted water until tender. Mash then add a good 2 spoons of butter and a handful of freshly grated parmesan cheese, continue to mix through. Add enough milk for Potatoes to gain a creamy consistency but still hold shape. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with your favourite dish, especially Herb Encrusted Rack of Lamb.
