1 8 oz cream cheese (regular or light not fat free)
1 cup Mayo ( fat free OK)
8 oz graded Parmesan
1 15 oz container of artichoke hearts
1 10 oz box of frozen spinach
1 or 2 tsp of minced garlic
1 loaf of French bread

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In mixer bowl combine cream cheese, mayo, graded Parmesan, and garlic. Drain and dice artichokes, thaw and drain spinach, and add to mix. Bake for 20 min or until lightly brown on top. Top with diced tomatoes and serve with toasted & non toasted slices of bread. (broiler works great for quick toasting)
