8 cups of hellmans mayo, 2 cups of lime juice, 5teaspoons of black pepper, quarter teaspoon cayenne pepper (red). 3Tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons of liquid smoke. Mix all the above in bowl until smooth. Place in fridge and enjoy!!! Best served on grilled chicken, pork.. If you would like sweeter add more sugar .. If you like it hot, like Kenneth Thrasher add more cayenne, if your a sour pus, add more lime .....add any extra of the above ingredients, conservately depending on what ingredient that suits your flavor profile
