3/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. crisco
1 1/4 c. light brown sugar,firmly packed
3 tbsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. all purpose flour
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Combine peanut butter,crisco,sugar,milk and vanilla in bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Combine flour,salt and soda. Add it to creamed mixture at low speed. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 375º until cookies are lightly browned.
