1 cup rice
1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup mixed vegetables: carrots, peas, corn, celery chopped finely
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2-3 slices bacon rashes without rind chopped up
3 Eggs
1 Cup Prawns

Directions:
Directions:
Add together in a Microwave safe dish all ingredients except eggs and prawns.
Cook for 20minutes, stir occasionally.
Cook 3 eggs as if you plan to make an omelette then cut into pieces.
Stir in eggs and chopped prawns just before serving.
Do not add salt and pepper.
