2 (12-ounce) pakages frozen broccoli (steam bag)
1 pound package of Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter, melted

Crust:
1-2 tubes crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli as directed, drain well. In a small double boiler, melt cheese and 1 stick butter. Fold carefully into cooked broccoli. Pour into a buttered baking dish. Cover crust initally with foil until casserole is heated well. Remove foiland continue to cook until golden brown. Bake at 350.
