2 pounds ground round
2 pounds ground chuck
1 large onion, diced
1 large bell pepper diced
1 head of garlic, minced
3 Tablespoons dried parsley flakes
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons course ground black pepper
4 14-ounce cans Hunt’s diced tomatoes
2 12-ounce Hunts Tomato Paste
1 8-0z can Tomato Juice
3 cups water
3 pounds spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in a large pan, add onion to sauté, add salt and black pepper. Place meat in a 6 quart crock pot. Place can tomatoes in a food processor and chop to fine tomato blend, add to meat. Add remaining sauce ingredients to crock pot. Blend well and cook on low for approximately 8 hours. If you desire to cook on the stove top, increase the water to 4 cups. Cook for approximately for 6-8 hours and low heat, stirring often.
