1-1 lb Top Round crosscut sliced thin.
Oil
Chopped onion
1 can Mushrooms
Wine
2 TBs Sour Cream
Garlic salt
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In frying pan with lid heat oil and cook onions until clear
Add meat put to medium heat and cover. Simmer for 2-3 minutes
Stir then season let simmer 2-3 more minutes
Add cup white wine and mushrooms let simmer 5 minutes
Stir in Sour Cream let simmer 5-7 minutes
May need a touch of water
