1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c milk
1/2 c flour
oil for frying
Directions:
Directions:
Roll ground beef into cylinders about the size of your finger. In a bowl mix egg and milk. In another bowl put flour. Dip meat cylinders into egg mixture and then into flour. Drop in deep fat fryer until golden brown, then drain. Serve with mashed potatoes.
