Ingredients:	Ingredients: 4 eggs beaten 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 cup Bisquick 3 cups zucchini, unpeeled, sliced 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 2 Tblsp. fresh parsley, chopped 1/4 tsp. salt 1 dash hot sauce 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. dried oregano 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:	Directions: Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 9x13 pan. Combine eggs, oil and Bisquick. Add remaining ingredients and spread into pan. Bake 25-30 min. Let cool some, then cut into bite-sized squares.
