8 oz. jumbo shells, uncooked
1 lb. ground meat
2 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. mozzarella, shredded
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
salt
pepper
spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shells according to box, drain. Cool on wax paper. Brown meat. Combine meat, eggs, bread crumbs, cheese, onion, oregano, salt and pepper. Fill shells. Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of greased baking dish. Place shells in dish ( only the amount you want to use at this time), cover with sauce. Cover dish, bake at 350º F. for about 45 minutes. To freeze remaining shells: place on cookie sheet, freeze. When frozen; remove and place in freezer bags. Store in freezer until use. This way you only need to use the amount you want. Partly thaw and bake as above.
