3 ripe avocados, cubed
2 roma tomatoes, seeded & chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/4 red onion, chopped
1 medium jalapeņo, seeded & chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1 pkg. spicy guacamole mix
Juice of 1/2 lime
Salt to taste

Directions:

Combine all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl, mash to desired texture.

Cover & refrigerate for at least 1 hour. To help keep the guacamole from turning brown, place an avocado seed in the bowl. Remove and stir before serving.
