4 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 cup butter, melted
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 large can evaporated milk
3 cups chicken or turkey, cut up
2 tbsp onion, chopped
1-10 oz package frozen peas
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix stuffing mix and butter together. Spread half of mixture into 9 x 13 inch pan saving half for the top. Mix together soup, chicken/turkey, milk, onion, peas, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in pan. Sprinkle other half of stuffing mixture on top. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
